Susan Thering, Ph.D., Principal of Susan Thering Consulting, Honeoye Falls, NY presents the pros and cons of ADUs for families and communities at the Avon Library on Thurs., Nov. 12th at 6 p.m.

Dr. Thering will provide examples of ADU styles, designs, financing, and talk about how different communities customize regulations to address the housing shortage while maintaining community character and preserving natural and cultural resources.
