Scouting for Food - Neighbors helping Neighbors

Avon Girls Scouts, Cub Scouts & Scouting America Troops 4026 & 5026 will be collecting food donations for the Avon Food Pantry on Sat., Nov. 8th from 9 a.m. to noon

Village residents-please place NON-PERISHABLE food items on your porch where they can be picked up by a Scout. We have fewer Scouts to be able to knock on doors. You can also drop-off at the Avon Food Pantry, 108 Prospect St. during the drive where Scouts will be there to assist you.

Items needed include: Cereal, ketchup, canned chicken, syrup, shampoo/conditioner, mustard, canned fruit, jam, sugar, mayonnaise, soup, tuna, peanut butter, cooking oil, ramen noodles, pasta, crackers, dish soap & toothpaste. No expired foods please!
